Recent Team Projects

June 2007: Local Companies Donate Services, Materials to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Austin
	Burt-Watts Industries donated its general contracting services and materials, along with leading subcontractors, to build-out the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Austin’s office facility. Burt-Watts, in collaboration with leading locally based subcontractors, RGC Advanced Glass, Inc., Capitol City Janitorial, Inc., Sherwin Williams, Hull Supply, Leatherman Services, Calply and Commercial Flooring Systems, donated $20,000.00 in services and materials. The donations included creating four new offices for the non-profit organization’s employees.
Nov. 2006: Burt-Watts Goes to Paris to Raise Money for Breast Cancer
	Burt-Watts Divas raised over $5,000.00 for the Komen Race for the Cure, the largest series of 5K runs/fitness walks in the world. The team took home honors in the Race for the Cure’s unique Port-O-Potty decorating competition. Burt-Watts walked away with first place for their design featuring Paris Hilton on the door sporting The fundraiser held special meaning for the team who was inspired by a colleague battling breast cancer.
